Agreement

By downloading or using OrbStudio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the software.

License

OrbStudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on any Mac you own or control.

The free tier may be used without restriction. OrbStudio Pro requires a valid license key obtained through purchase. One purchase covers one person across all their devices.

Your content

Orb designs, exported code, and PNG files you create with OrbStudio are entirely yours. We claim no ownership or rights over your output. You are free to use exported assets in personal and commercial projects without attribution.

Purchases & refunds

OrbStudio Pro is a one-time purchase. It includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. After that year, the app continues to work — you just won't receive new updates unless you renew.

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@orbstudio.app for a full refund.

Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or resell OrbStudio or any part of its source code. License keys may not be shared or transferred.

Termination

We may revoke your license if you violate these terms — for example, by redistributing the software or sharing license keys. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of OrbStudio. Any content you created with the app before termination remains yours.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

OrbStudio is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of OrbStudio is limited to the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use OrbStudio. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OrbStudio after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
